Labor-Management Cooperation Committee
The Labor-Management Cooperation Committee (LMCC) strives to enable cooperation between labor and management by encouraging discussions and resolutions to issues affecting the construction industry while promoting free collective bargaining. Together, labor and management, through LMCC, work to preserve and expand job opportunities in the industry and facilitate employee participation in workplace decisions.
Located in Burr Ridge, Illinois, LMCC has been serving the Chicago Laborers’ District Council and signatory contractors in Boone, Cook, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry and Will counties since 2001.
